Oji International Language Institute owns a few dorms at various locations around town with the capacity to facilitate accommodation for 80 students altogether. In addition to this, we have contracts with privately owned buildings. We are therefore able to provide accommodations to our new students at a very reasonable price without the headaches associated with house-hunting.

※Note
- Water, gas, electricity, and Internet fees are included in your rent. The cost for bedclothes and airport pick-ups are charged as a separate move-in fee.
- The insurance fee will be returned to you after you complete changing your address to a new one after moving out. In order to receive the full amount back, you must ensure that the room was not damaged or otherwise misused in any way.
- Please note that you will not be able to get accommodation fees back once you make a payment, even if you decide to move out of the accommodation before the end of the 6 months period.
- Although we have plenty of rooms available for students, due to the high number of applicants we do not provide any assurances that all students will be able to live in our school accommodations.
